Get your onboarding, workflow, and campaign questions answered with your Elevated Support add-on. Follow these steps to find and utilize the Elevated Support add-on effectively.

## Finding the Elevated Support Add-on

1. In the navigation bar, click on **Settings** from the drop-down menu.
2. In the Settings menu, select **Add-ons** from the sidebar.
3. Scroll down the list of add-ons and click on **Elevated Support**.

## Purchasing and Scheduling Meetings

1. Click on **Purchase Elevated Support**.
2. Select **Add-on Elevated Support**. Note that this is a one-time, not a recurring, purchase.
3. Click on **Purchase Add-on** , and you'll be taken to a secure checkout where you can pay with five different methods.
4. Fill in the details and click the **Pay** button to get your email questions answered.
5. You'll be directed to the Billing section of your account and can see that the Elevated Support was purchased.

## Enabling the Elevated Support Add-on

1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Navigate back to your add-on section by clicking on **Settings** and then **Add-ons**.
3. In the list of add-ons, select the **Elevated Support** option.
4. Toggle the switch to enable the service.

## Booking a Meeting with Email Support Specialists

1. Click on the **Analytics** tab.
2. Click **Book a Call** to schedule a support call.
3. Select **30 minutes** and click **Continue to Booking**.
4. Choose a day and time that is convenient for you.
5. Fill out your name, email address, and any additional information that will help us understand your situation.
6. Click the **Confirm** button.

## Accessing Your Meetings

Now that your booking is confirmed, here's how you can access the meetings:

1. Click on the **Analytics** tab.
2. Here you can see all the meetings, access recordings, and join the meetings.
