  - In the navigation bar, click on **Automate**.
  - From the drop-down menu, select **Bulk Actions**.

2. **Initiate a Bulk Action:**
  - On the bulk actions page, click **Run Bulk Action**.
  - You can target contacts from multiple sources, lists, segments, or tags as triggers for your bulk action.

3. **Choose Actions:**
  - These actions can include adding or removing contacts to a tag, subscribing to a list, removing contacts from a list, deleting contacts permanently, unsubscribing contacts, adding or removing from a drip campaign, or marking as bounced.
  - Each bulk action can be applied to contacts from any list, segment, or tag in your accounts.

4. **Configure the Bulk Action:**
  - In the modal, enter the name in the **Bulk Action Name** field.
  - Select multiple triggers, and the bulk action will apply to contacts in any of these.
  - Click on the list selection field under contacts and wait for the options to load in the drop-down menu.
  - Click on **Add Contact Group** in the modal and select the list option again.
  - Select the status tag from the drop-down menu under tag.
  - Choose **Delete Contacts** from the list of actions.
